Waitlist · last updated 4 October 2026

This page explains what happens to the information you give us when you join the Shootsmith waitlist. Short version: we keep only what you type into the form, use it only to tell you about early access and to decide what to build, and delete it whenever you ask.

Who is responsible

The controller of your data is Emir Memedovski, [street, city, postcode], Serbia. Contact: hello@shootsmith.app.

What we collect

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your data to confirm your email, invite you when early access opens, and understand who the product is for (for example, how many people would pay what). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and Article 12 of Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection). You can withdraw it at any time; this doesn't affect what we did before.

We will not sell your data, share it for marketing, or send you newsletters. We'll email you at most a handful of times: the confirmation, early-access news, and the invitation.

Who processes it for us

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent. The fastest way to delete everything is the “Remove my data” link at the bottom of every email; or write to hello@shootsmith.app and we'll reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in Serbia the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs), or the authority in your own EU country.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, email people on the waitlist.
